1、 Overview: The intelligent open channel flowmeter is based on a specific shape of the flow channel, namely the Bacher groove, to ensure a certain liquid level height and obtain the flow rate. The sensor is installed above the sewage and processed by a microcontroller to measure the liquid level height ha. Then, based on the flow rate calculation method Q=Chan (c, n are set parameters), the liquid flow rate can be obtained. Using a Bacher groove as a specific flow channel results in high measurement accuracy and easy installation. The complete set of ultrasonic open channel flowmeter includes: ultrasonic liquid level probe, open channel flow integrator, and Bacher trough.
